In fact, it&#8217;s a <strong>perfectly healthy habit<\/strong>. <strong>Recent studies <\/strong>show that <strong>couples who fight together, actually have better chances of staying together.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a <strong>study<\/strong> published by the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"University Of Michigan (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/news.umich.edu\/a-good-fight-may-keep-you-and-your-marriage-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\">University Of Michigan<\/a>, fighting with <strong>your significant other <\/strong>may lead to a <strong>healthier marriage<\/strong>. They concluded that surprising anger is more damaging than letting it out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>More Than a 190 Marriages Were Studied<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"533\" src=\"https:\/\/curiosifymagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pelea-parejas-1.jpg\" alt=\"Couples who fight\" class=\"wp-image-7513\" srcset=\"https:\/\/curiosifymagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pelea-parejas-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/curiosifymagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/pelea-parejas-1-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation process focused on <strong>couples who were together for at least 17 years.<\/strong> It included over <strong>190 marriages<\/strong>, <strong>divided the into categories. <\/strong>The <strong>first<\/strong> one being those who<strong> express their feelings<\/strong> and communicate freely when angry. The <strong>second and third<\/strong> targeted <strong>couples in which only one partner expressed their anger,<\/strong> while the <strong>fourth<\/strong> one had <strong>couples who never discuss their sentimental issues.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Results reflected that the <strong>mortality rate was higher among the groups that repressed their anger.<\/strong> Reaching 27% mortality of one of the members of the couple. Because, after a fight, <strong>couples tend to find a solution to the conflict<\/strong>.
