We often think we are hungry, when in reality, we are <strong>just thirsty. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other words, drinking water will not only <strong>keep us hydrated,<\/strong> it will also <strong>keep our appetite in check<\/strong>. Now, <strong>you can&#8217;t change food for water<\/strong>: don&#8217;t think you can feel full by just drinking water. Either because of the effect <strong>caffeine<\/strong> has on us, or because of its <strong>strong flavour,<\/strong> truth is, we don&#8217;t usually <strong>feel like eating<\/strong> after a coffee. Not just because our <strong>bodies are used to it, <\/strong>but also because they fall into a <strong>state of &#8220;alertness&#8221;. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means, that if we <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/curiosifymagazine.com\/en\/6-reasons-why-you-need-bananas-to-stay-healthy\/\">eat<\/a> amounts<\/strong> <strong>suitable for us<\/strong>, we will be able to <strong>prevent sudden cravings. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sleep enough<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1365\" src=\"https:\/\/curiosifymagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/gregory-pappas-734927-unsplash.jpg\" alt=\"Sleep\" class=\"wp-image-5340\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/curiosifymagazine.com\/en\/not-sleeping-well-is-worse-for-you-than-you-thought\/\">Sleep deprivation<\/a> has <strong>many harmful consequences,<\/strong> and sudden <strong>cravings<\/strong> are one of them.
