Truth is, there is much <strong>more to these yellow vitamin-sources than meets the eye.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Heartburn<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Heartburn<\/strong> is <strong>not an uncommon condition<\/strong>, but most don&#8217;t know that bananas are great for preventing this annoying acid refluxes. Ulcers<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One important benefit of bananas, and what might be a benefit exclusive to this fruit is that they are able to <strong>reduce acids of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/skin-problems-and-treatments\/what-is-an-ulcer\">ulcers<\/a> <\/strong>through the <strong>coating of the stomach lining,<\/strong> thus <strong>providing protection against irritation. <\/strong>Bananas also contain <strong>protease inhibitors<\/strong>.
